       This Loyalty Point Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

• Kryptin Innovations, LLC (“Kryptin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and

• The Member/Customer (“you,” “your”), who enrolls in the Kryptin Loyalty Program.

    By enrolling in or using the Kryptin Loyalty Program (“KP” or “Kryptin Points”), you agree to the following            terms:

1. Program Purpose

The Kryptin Loyalty Program is designed to reward members with Kryptin Points (“KP”) for purchases and participation with participating businesses. KP may be redeemed for discounts, services, and rewards as outlined in this Agreement.

2. Membership

1. Membership requires a monthly subscription fee (currently $16–$18 per month, subject to change with notice).

2. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

3. By enrolling, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3. Earning KP

1. Members earn KP when making purchases with participating Kryptin Partners.

2. KP earning rates may vary by partner, promotion, or membership tier.

3. KP will be credited to your account within a reasonable time after qualifying activity.

4. Redeeming KP

1. KP may be redeemed at participating Kryptin Partners for discounts, services, or rewards.

2. Redemption value and availability are subject to change.

3. KP cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

4. Kryptin may, at its discretion, impose monthly redemption limits (e.g., 5 redemptions per month during launch period subject to change).

5. Expiration & Forfeiture

1. KP do not expire as long as your membership remains active even after cancellation .

2. If membership is requested for deletion or terminated from account abuse or fraud , all unused KP are forfeited  & not accessible unless in extreme instances can be fixed  .

6. Responsibilities of Participating Businesses

1. Participating businesses agree to honor KP redemptions as outlined in their partnership agreement with Kryptin.

2. Businesses may not alter KP earning/redemption rules without Kryptin’s prior written approval.

7. Changes to the Program

        Kryptin reserves the right to:

• Modify earning and redemption rates,

• Adjust membership fees,

• Add or remove participating partners,

• Suspend or terminate the program (with 30 days’ notice to members).

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Kryptin is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

2. Kryptin is not responsible for partner business closures, product/service unavailability, or disputes between members and businesses.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kryptin’s total liability shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], USA.

10. Acceptance

By enrolling in and using the Kryptin Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
