1. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

• You may cancel your membership at any time, and no future charges will apply for free members , unless you have monthly paid memberships or annual memberships which are charged once every year ..

2. Service Payments

• Payments for services go directly to providers. Providers may have their own legal refund policies if they don't have one kryptin-innovations will give them one to follow , which you must follow.

3. Points & Discounts

• Loyalty points and discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money only prizes & discounts

• loss of Kryptin points claims from fraud or scam made by our providers will be investigated & if investigation is proven guilty we will refund your points &  discontinue our  business with said provider to protect members.​
