This Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kryptin Innovations (“Company”) and the independent service provider (“Provider”).

1. Scope

• Provider offers services (barbering, lawn care, nail services, roofing, HVAC, painting, pest control, etc.) through the Kryptin Innovations platform.

2. Payment

• Provider receives 100% of the service fee charged to the customer.

• Kryptin Innovations covers discounts and loyalty points from its own discount bank.

3. Provider Responsibilities

• Maintain proper licensing, insurance, and compliance with laws.

• Deliver services professionally and ethically.

• Handle disputes with customers in good faith.

4. Company Responsibilities

• Provide marketing, scheduling, and member connection support.

• Manage loyalty points and discounts.

5. Independent Contractor Status

• Provider is not an employee of Kryptin Innovations. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
