Provider Agreement

Effective Date: [10/1/25]

This Provider Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Kryptin Innovations (“Company”) and the independent service provider (“Provider”).

​

1. Scope

  • Provider offers services (barbering, lawn care, nail services, roofing, HVAC, painting, pest control, etc.) through the Kryptin Innovations platform.

​​

2. Payment

  • Provider receives 100% of the service fee charged to the customer.

  • Kryptin Innovations covers discounts and loyalty points from its own discount bank.

  • We discuss a charged fee for our services monthly or determined 

​​

3. Provider Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper licensing, insurance, and compliance with laws.

  • Deliver services professionally and ethically.

  • Handle disputes with customers in good faith.

​​

4. Company Responsibilities

  • Provides marketing, scheduling, and member connection support.

  • Manages loyalty points and discounts.

​​

5. Independent Contractor Status

  • A Provider is not an employee of Kryptin Innovations. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.

Here’s a quick, easy-to-read Provider Receipt & KP Proof Checklist for providers:

  1. Provide Proof of Payment

    • Digital invoice, receipt, or screenshot of payment confirmation.

    • If cash, include a clear receipt with exact amount, date, and member name.

  2. Submit Proof Quickly

    • Send within 24–48 hours of the service.

  3. Include All Details

    • Member name or account ID

    • Date & time of service

    • Payment method (cash, card, online)

    • Total payment amount (exclude tips)

  4. Avoid Delays or Denials

    • No proof → KP not awarded

    • Discrepancies may delay KP or require further verification

  5. Show & Use Provider KP Request Form     â€‹

  • Using our Provider KP Form helps us reduce fraud & miscommunication, this provides retention so both provider & member can both reach a successful KP encounter. 

  • After a service is completed use the Provider KP Form and request for the Members profile so you can fill the information requested on the form
